The Wedding Story
Suyog and Apexya celebrated their wedding at Hotel Shanker on 6 December 2024, followed by their reception at Radisson Hotel Kathmandu on 7 December 2024. Garima Florist & Events handled wedding planning and event management across the two dates, including sourcing, booking and coordinating vendors.
The team’s creative responsibilities covered decor concepts and floral arrangements for the wedding and reception. Guest hospitality and assistance were also part of Garima’s role, alongside the preparations for each venue.
During the celebrations, Garima provided on-site supervision. The overall project scope also included managing ceremonies, entries and performances, giving the team responsibilities in both preparing the events and overseeing them as they took place.
