The Wedding Story
Asmi and Shashank’s celebrations began with Mehendi at Bagaicha Nepal on 17 April 2025. The bride’s reception took place at The Plaza on 19 April, followed by the wedding at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu on 21 April. Their groom’s reception was held at The Soaltee Kathmandu on 23 April, bringing together four occasions across several Kathmandu venues.
Garima Florist & Events handled wedding planning and coordination , including sourcing and booking vendors and organising their work across the celebration dates. The team also developed the decor concepts and floral arrangements for the Mehendi, wedding and both receptions.
During the celebrations, Garima provided on-site supervision, guest hospitality and assistance, and managed ceremonies, entries and performances across the agreed functions.
