Irene and Saurya’s celebrations began at Hotel Shanker with their Mehendi on 22 June 2026. The following day, they married at Hotel Yak & Yeti, where they also held their reception on 24 June. Three consecutive days brought together different functions across two Kathmandu venues.

Garima Florist & Events provided wedding planning and coordination , including sourcing, booking and coordinating vendors for the project. Alongside these preparations, the team developed the decor concepts and floral arrangements for the celebrations.

Garima’s team remained on site to supervise arrangements and manage the events. Its responsibilities also included ceremony, entry and performance management across the couple’s Mehendi, wedding and reception.
